Mrs. Aida Seeraj has over 20 years of child welfare experience working with the Department of Children and Families and the nonprofit (homeless and child welfare) sectors and has over 14 years of top management experience. 

 

Mrs. Seeraj holds a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Dallas, a Master’s in Business Administration from St. Leo University, and is a graduate of the Nonprofit Center of Northeast Florida’s first Bank of America’s Emerging Leaders Program.  Over the years, she has been honored with several awards including DCF Case Manager of the Year; two Secretary of the State Awards for Outstanding Team Performance; three Davis Productivity Awards; and was selected by WJCT and Baptist Health as the honoree at its August 2012 Speaking of Women's Health Conference for being a strong woman leader, making significant impacts in the community, and helping improve the lives of women, families, and children in our community.

Michael Seeraj, MBA

Mr. Michael Seeraj has over 20 years of accounting experience and 10 years of management experience in nonprofit and for-profit sectors in various roles including but not limited to financial reporting, budgeting, contract compliance, and financial auditing experience.

​

Mr. Seeraj holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Accounting from St. Leo University and a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of North Florida.  Mr. Seeraj has also served as the Chief Financial Officer to three different local nonprofit organizations with tremendous financial and auditing outcomes.  Most notably, Mr. Seeraj was recently honored as the Ultimate CFO of the Year by the Jacksonville Business Journal in 2017.

Jean-Colt Belizaire, Ph.D., LMHC, CAP

Dr. Jean-Colt (J.C.) Belizaire has over 14 years of academic teaching, clinical practice, and consulting experience working with numerous state, nonprofit, and for-profit companies as a teacher, professor, psychotherapist, and clinical director.

​

Dr. Belizaire holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology from Florida State University, a Master’s of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, and a Ph.D. in Clinical Sexology / Psychology from the American Academy of Clinical Sexology.  He also has his State of Florida Professional Teaching Certification for K-9 Social Studies and K-12 Exceptional Education, State of Florida Psychotherapist Licensure, Board Certified Addictions Professional, and is a Qualified Supervisor for Mental Health Counselor Interns.  While Dr. Belizaire currently serves as a contracted Clinical Director, he also has his own practice, Belizaire Psychological Services.  Most notably, Dr. Belizaire has published two books and two articles, served as a visiting professor at the University of Haiti and University of the Virgin Islands, and is a co-host to Forum Hebdo, a weekly socio-political talk show on 1530 AM / 96.5 FM radio station.
